As always, I got these from the publisher's websites. Unfortunately, some of the sites don't make it very easy to find their new releases, much less publication dates, so I did the best I could. As always, feel free to add or correct anything I've put on here.

Bedazzled Ink:
Skulls and Crossbones: Tales of Women Pirates ed. by Andi Marquette and R.G. Emanuelle

Bella Books:
Miles to Go by Amy Dawson Robertson
Two Weeks in August by Nat Burns
I Left My Heart by Jaye Maiman (Reprint - originally published in 1991 by Naiad Press)
Forty Love by Diana Simmonds (Author's updated version - originally published in 1997 by Naiad Press)

Bold Strokes Books:
High Risk by JLee Meyer
Spanking New by Clifford Henderson
Fever by VK Powell
Missing Lynx by Kim Baldwin and Xenia Alexiou (3rd in the Elite Operatives Series)

Enlightenment Press:
The World Unseen by Shamim Sarif (This has already been made into a movie, but I'm not sure of the original publication date for the book. Bella Distribution has it listed as a new release this month, but Amazon has the release listed as April 2010...but it's in stock. Go figure  Cool)

Intaglio Publications:
Undercurrents by Laurel Mills (this is the eBook version ONLY. The print version was published in 2001 by Rising Tide Press)

I think it's interesting that more and more I'm seeing e-book rights going to different publishers than the print rights, or books that have been LONG out of print suddenly popping up as e-books only.  Undecided

I don't understand why they wouldn't do whatever it takes to keep it in-house.  The eBooks are the real money makers.

I can understand the out of print books getting a new life.  I think that is great.  Did you ever get an eReader, Colette?

PJ bought me the Sony Pocket edition for Christmas.  I do love it Kiss

Nope, because I'm horribly, terribly, chronically cheap.  Wink

When they come down to $20 or so, I'll get one in an exciting color.

So how's the Sony vs. the Kindle?

Well, CJ seems to have disappeared once again  Angry

Personally, I like the Kindle better, but then again, I'm more used to it than the Sony.

And I'm sure that CJ would say she prefers the Sony for the same reasons  Wink

I'm still too pissed at Amazon (and frankly, creeped out by their weird power to reach into the Kindle and "erase" books) to buy their eReader, but I did break down and order the Aluratek Libre eBook Reader Pro (which comes with 100 free classics).  Shocked

Supposedly it turns pages "faster" than the Sony eInk technology. It hasn't arrived yet, but I'll let you know what I think when it does. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.  Undecided

I totally understand that. I think that I've bought a total of three books from Amazon (out of the 200 or so that I have on the reader). They can't do a thing to your library if you have the "whisper net" feature turned off, which I do about 99.9% of the time. The only reason to have it on is to download their books. Also, the only books that they can do anything with are the ones that you purchased from them. The thing that I don't like about Kindle books (books you buy from Amazon) is that the ONLY device that you can read them on is the Kindle. I know that they've made an app so that you can read them on the iPhone, but who wants to read books on their phone?

Never heard of it, Colette.  What format does it support? I look forward to hearing what you think of it.

Frankly, "whisper net" sounds like some serious spy shit, so I don't blame you for keeping it turned off. I'd be afraid it might try to kill me in my sleep.  Huh?

It supports: PDF (Adobe Digital Edition DRM/non-DRM), TXT, FB2, EPUB (Adobe Digital Edition DRM/non-DRM), MOBI (non-DRM only), PRC (non-DRM only)and RTF electronic book format.

Here's more information about it than you could ever possibly want. So if you have a spare 6 minutes, take a peek and tell me how you think it stacks up to your fancy electric spy machine.  Wink

It seems to be pretty comparable to the Kindle. Except of course, the Kindle has that nifty ability to spy on you. Also, your reader is cheaper than mine was. And, you get 100 free books.

I think I'm jealous, Colette.  Sad
